One of the most frequent guests in the fridgeis minced. You can cook it yourself from pork, chicken, beef, mutton, or, alternatively, buy already ready in the store. Each kind of minced meat is intended for cooking its own set of dishes (although much depends on personal tastes and preferences).
Minced meat: a bag of minced meat
In addition to the usual set of dishes, such as cutletsor dumplings, there are also very unusual dishes made from minced meat, for example, pouches made from tomato dough and stuffed with minced meat. For cooking, you will need to make a steep dough of flour, tomato paste, egg, water and oil. Let him brew for 30 minutes, after covering it with a towel, and then roll it thin. Stuff the bags with a mixture of minced beef and pork, flavored with coriander. The resulting bags must be boiled in salted water, and served on the table, with mayonnaise and salted cucumbers.
Minced meat: moussaka
This unusual and delicious dish came to usfrom Greece. To cook it, cut small eggplant (1,5 - 2 kg) into circles, add a little and leave to soak. Onions (2 heads) and minced meat (1 kg, can be pork or beef) fry in a pan. Then add 1 stack. white dry wine and chopped tomatoes (6 pcs.), salt and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Fry the potatoes (half a kilogram). Eggplants also need to be fried (on both sides). Next, you need to sprinkle a baking tray with rusks. Put on it about half of eggplants and sprinkle with grated cheese (all it will need 200 grams). Top with a layer of potatoes, minced meat and sprinkle with cheese again. The top layer must be poured with a sauce.
The sauce is prepared as follows:100 gr of oil must be heated on fire until foam is formed, then we pour flour (4 tablespoons) into it and do not remove from the fire with constant stirring. We add to the mixture 800 grams - a liter of milk and again we interfere. The last ingredients are grams of 200 grated cheese, which also need to be poured there, and 3-4 eggs (you need to add them when the sauce is already taken from the fire).
For half an hour we put the resulting dish in the oven. On the table we serve already cooled.
Cutlets with minced meat and mushrooms
For these cutlets you will need about 200 gr filletschicken, 10 grams of dried mushrooms, butter, 1 egg, pearl bow feathers. Chicken meat should be passed through a meat grinder, add salt and sprinkle with pepper, add a couple of spoonfuls of milk. Mushrooms soaked in salt water, boiled, cut into small pieces and added to the already fried onions.
When the filling is ready, you need to roll out the mincemeatthin slices, put a little stuffing in the center of each and wrap it like pies. Then, each cutlet should be dipped in a beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs (regular crushed or breaded). In the frying pan you need to pour the amount of oil, sufficient to ensure that the cutlets are completely immersed in it.
Meat dishes: pasta with minced meat and cheese sauce
For this simple but delicious dish you willyou need ground beef (450 gr), 1 stack. macaroni, 1 jar of tomatoes (best suited sharp), 2 stacks. water or (ideally) meat broth, 1 packet of seasoning for tacos. And for the sauce stock up butter - a couple of st. three quarters of a stack. milk, 2 tablespoons of cheese (preferably Cheddar).
For a hot frying pan lay out the minced meat, tomatoes,pasta, seasoning and pour broth or water. After they boil, cover the frying pan with a lid, reduce heat and stew for about 15 minutes. (pasta should become soft). To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and whisk it. Keep on fire until a light brown tint appears. Do not forget to stir, otherwise burn. Then add the milk, bring to a boil and whisk again (should be a homogeneous and dense mass). In this mass, removing it from the fire, we add finely shabby cheese. The resulting sauce is poured pasta with minced meat and served on the table.
Meat dishes: pie with spaghetti and minced meat
Speaking about dishes from minced meat, it is impossible not to mentionPies. For example, from spaghetti and ground beef. So, you need 450 gr. spaghetti, as much minced beef, pinched pepper and salt, half a cup of chopped Bulgarian pepper (preferably green), the same amount of chopped green onions, 750 gr. sauce from basil and tomatoes, three quarters of a stack. sour cream, 250 grams of cream cheese and a half cup of grated cheese Cheddar.
Cook the pasta in salted water.Fry until ready to mince, add pepper, garlic, salt, sauce and pasta. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, stir sour cream with onion and cheese.
In the oven mold, put the spaghetti, cheese mixture, stuffing, and then cover with fried cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, cover with a lid.
