Economical heating and minimizinglosses of heat - these are the two main headaches of residents of cottages and private houses in the winter. So it was before, when the warm floor in a wooden house was created with the help of carpet, foam polystyrene, warm linoleum and mineral wool. These materials, while contributing to the preservation of the necessary temperature regime, had a number of shortcomings. But progress does not stand still, and now residents of private homes are increasingly resorting to the use of technology "warm floor."
Теплый пол в в деревянном доме установить quite simply. Installation can be carried out directly on the rough floor or on the lags. The connection of the warm floor will be absolutely safe for wood, which reduces to "no" the risk of accidental ignition. To date, there are 2 types of "warm floor": with a system of modular type and with a rack type system. Let's consider these systems in more detail to find out which warm floor is best used in a wooden house.
Systems of both types have a water working principle, based on the heating and circulation of water through the pipes, which are the main components of the structure. In the modular system, the module elements made of chipboard and having a thickness of 22 mm are used. In the sheets of chipboard there are channel pipes and plates, through which water circulates. In the rack system, the principle is almost the same, only the plates and tubes are installed between the strips of EAF sheets, the thickness of which is about 28 mm. The whole system has a rigid fixation, which allows the plates and tubes to withstand the permissible vibration and stay in a fixed position.
How to mount a warm floor in a wooden house? Both systems have the same mounting principle. First you need to get rid of the old flooring and the rough layer. Further along the entire perimeter of the room is nailed the support, which is usually a wooden beam of solid thickness. Lags are installed in steps of about 0.6 meters, and a "warm floor" is installed. In the process of installation, the board of the chipboard, on which the plates and tubes are fixed, will act as the rough floor. In order for the board chipboard to fit tightly to the base, it is necessary to put a polyethylene layer between them, which will play such a role as a "cushion".
After the completion of the installation work, a layerlaminate or laid parquet board. It is also possible to lay a layer of ceramic tiles, but then it will be necessary to build an overlap of gypsum fiber board that acts as a protective shield and protects the coating from deformation heating, evenly distributes the load and the heat generated throughout the floor surface.
Of course, the warm floor in a wooden house isnot cheap, but it is better to pay once, and your floor will always be warm at any time you need. And as to which of the two heating systems of the warm floor to choose from, in terms of safety and thermal performance, they are almost equal.
With the "warm floor" system, the weather in the house will be adjusted only by you, and not by any natural factors.
