To prepare four servings you need to takethe following ingredients: 0.5 kilograms of ready-made sea cocktail, two carrots and as much onions, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 50 grams of butter, 0.5 liters of milk, juice of one orange, salt and black ground pepper to taste. Carrots are peeled and grated, the onions are finely chopped and spread all into a sufficiently deep pan. All this is poured with milk, orange juice, butter and mayonnaise is added and put on fire. The dish is stewed over low heat under the lid for an hour. Salt and pepper are added at the very end, when the liquid almost all boils away.

With a sea cocktail you can cook very muchdelicious pasta with cream. For this sea cocktail preparation it does not take much time, boil in boiling water and discarded in a colander. Water is not poured - it can boil makorony or spaghetti (400 grams). In the pan, pour olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion until it is clear. Garlic must be finely chopped and added to onions.

Now a sea cocktail is added to the panand fry for a few minutes. The dish should be salted and peppered to taste, and then pour in twenty-percent cream (200 grams). The resulting sauce is cooked for another five minutes until ready. Sauce poured boiled pasta or spaghetti and sprinkled with grated cheese on top.
