The recipe for salmon cooked in the oven is very simple.

First you need to cut the salmon into piecesportions, then season with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle a little lemon juice and leave for a while to make them soaked. After that you need to grease the slices with mayonnaise and wrap each slice separately in foil.

Now you can send everything to the preheated oven for about twenty minutes. At the end of the period, the salmon should be pulled out and neatly placed on plates decorated with lettuce leaves.

For this we need the following products:

Steak salmon - 400 grams a half centimeter thick;

one carp, weighing 700 grams;

one carrot;

one bulb, preferably more;

one lemon;

one gelatin package 15 grams;

7-8 pieces of cloves;

five peas of sweet and as much black pepper;

one twig of parsley;

a handful of boiled shrimp;

8-10 mussels boiled;

salt.

Clean off the scales, gut the carp, wash itand cut into several pieces. Then you need to cut the salmon steak into two or four pieces, after removing the skin and removing the bones. Cut half the carrots into slices, cut the other half along. Half the peeled carrots cut into slices, and cut the other half along. Cut the bulb in half and stuff it with a clove. Boil in a saucepan two liters of water, throw vegetables there, boil and add salt. Cook until the moment when the carrot circles become soft. Put in the saucepan pieces of carp, black pepper andfragrant. Boil the fish for twenty minutes on a medium heat. Remove carp from the broth with vegetables (they are no longer needed) and put salmon in it. Cook for ten minutes. You need to strain the broth and dilute gelatin here.Then gently pour some broth into the mold, but so that carrots and other seafood do not surface. Put the form in the refrigerator to freeze the broth. After it is a little stiff, add the remaining broth there and put it in the cold, so that it completely stiffens.

Then you need to remove the shape from the water, cover it with a wide flat plate and turn the form upside down and then remove the shape. And the last thing you need to do is lightly pour lemon juice.
