English buns with raisins

Roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness ofhalf a centimeter, cover the entire surface with cream and crumbs of chocolate. Fold the dough on the principle of the envelope, firmly tightening the seams. Cut into buns to make 12 pieces.
Roll the buns on a baking tray, grease the egg and bake for 20 minutes.
